Hurricane Earl was not going to stop the 7 of us from a weekend of fun on the beach. We headed out Friday afternoon on the Hampton Jitney to the end of Long Island. Earl thought he could get to us by closing down all east bound trains to long island but instead we got to ride in style on the Jitney. When we finally reached Montauk the rain had just begun and we got to experience first hand some of the largest waves the beach town had seen in quite awhile. We spent the majority of the weekend on the beach riding the waves with our boogie boards and catching the last rays of the season. We enjoyed amazing food, great company, and even a little football . It was a perfect way to wave good bye to another summer and bring in the fall….
the crazy waves Friday night
live music at the surf lounge Saturday night
bon fires on the beach a nightly occurrence

Rustin and Kent ate 40 oz of steak each and got shirts and a picture on the wall.. they were so proud.:0)

You know I'm loving the mandatory stripes, blue, gray, & white "uniforms". Gotta get as much white in pre-labor day as possible right?
