How many kg?!

Dear Air Asia

I have to be totally honest with you. Your cheap fares are great but
your checked luggage policy is ridiculous. I know that we put on quite
a scene this morning in Hanoi. But really 5 dollars per kg is a bit
much. Thanks to your silly rule we are now stuck with 1MM dung and
know one will exchange it to any currency now that we are not in your
country. We would take anything we are starving here in Bangkok and
don't have any baht. I am sorry that I was yelling at your people but
I really could not understnad 16 versus 60. Please fix your luggage
policy
