This is going to be a problem…..

On may way home today from class I noticed this car parked on 94th street missing two wheels. I was so confused I stopped and just starred at the car for awhile thinking to myself tomorrow is street cleaning the owner is so screwed. Only in NYC does some punk steal two wheels on a parked street.. I guess the rims were pretty cool. Poor owner not only is he missing two wheels but he is looking a a hefty parking ticket tomorrow morning at 11am..:(
